By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Availability and Pricing
– All products and services listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
– Prices for products and services are displayed on our website in British Pounds (GBP). We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
– Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and delivery fees, which will be added to your total at checkout if applicable.

2. Payment Methods
– We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors Stripe, GooglePay & ApplePay. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and fees, to your chosen payment method.
– Your payment details are handled securely by our payment processors, and we do not store or have access to your credit card information.

3. Order Processing and Delivery
– Orders are processed within 24 hours of the requested delivery/collection time, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
– Shipping and delivery times can be chosen at checkout and may vary based on your location. We strive to meet these timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
– If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or wait for the item to become available again.

4. Cancellations and Returns
– You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us using our contact form here or calling our store directly on 01354 653156. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
– Due to the nature of our products we offer a zero day return policy for eligible products, starting from the date you receive your order.
– To initiate a return, please contact us here for further instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

5. Refund Policy
– Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or we made an error with your order.

6. Limitation of Liability
– We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Subscription Services Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to our Xmas Club and other subscription services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Billing and Payments
– Payments for subscriptions will be processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
– Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of your first payment. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st day of each month after unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
– By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method the subscription fees for the current billing period and any applicable taxes.
– In case of a failed payment, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If we are unable to process the payment after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dasboard or by contacting us here. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.
– Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused periods of service. Any charges made before cancellation will not be refunded, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.

3. Changes to Pricing or Terms
– We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing or these terms at any time. Any changes to subscription prices will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect in the following billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing or terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

4. Termination of Service
– We may terminate your subscription or suspend access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or engaged in illegal or abusive conduct.
– If your subscription is terminated for any reason, any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable.

5. Stripe Terms of Service
– Payments for subscription services are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to abide by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the payment services we use. Stripe may update these policies from time to time.

After extensive testing we’ve upgraded our packaging so that we can now offer safe, convenient and low cost overnight delivery to most of the UK mainland (*With the exception of Northern Ireland and some Scottish Regions – see below). All deliveries are carried out by APC on an overnight delivery service so that our produce arrives on your doorstep as fresh as the moment we sent it :)

Due to the obvious health and safety concerns, orders must be delivered on an overnight service which is limited to Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat only as per the delivery schedule below.
