The MQM Loyalty Program has arrived!
Our Guide to the MQM Loyalty Program:
Overview:
For every pound you spend in our online store or mobile app, we’ll reward you with one MQM point.
You can use your MQM points as and when you wish… either on a day-to-day basis or bank them for a special occasion… it’s up to you!
You’ll be able to view your available points from within your online/app account page and also inside the checkout every time you make a purchase.
Simply allocate your chosen number of points to the order and you’ll get an automatic discount.
Oh and lookout for special promotions and other cool ways to collect points with us!
Notes:
- 100 MQM Points = £1 Discount.
- Points are awarded on completion of your order (eg. collection/delivery) and not at the time of online purchase.
- Points are awarded for products and subscriptions only and do not include the delivery charge.
- Points cannot be used for in-store purchases at this time.
- Points cannot be awarded to purchases made as a guest at checkout as an account is not created with us.
How to view your MQM Points balance:
You'll be able to view your points balance in several ways:
- When you're logged into your account and in the checkout of our website or app you'll be able to view your present balance of points, which you can redeem as and when you wish (see image below)..
2. When you're logged into your online account and visit your user dashboard (by clicking the user icon at the top right of the screen) you'll see a new MQM Points menu. From this page you'll not only be able to view your balance, you'll also be able to view a complete overview of all of your MQM points transaction history (see image below)…
3. Every time you're credited or debited with MQM points you'll receive an automated email from our system, giving you an update on your account balance. Please note that you can unsubscribe from these notification emails as and when you wish by clicking the link at the bottom of any email or heading to the unsubscribe menu in your dashboard here (see image below)…
How to collect MQM Points:
You'll be able to collect and gain MQM Points in a number of exciting ways:
- Making a Purchase: You'll collect one point for every pound you spend with us online or in the app. Simply shop online or in-app in the usual way and your points will be automatically applied in the background. You'll be able to see how many points you'll collect on each order from within your cart or checkout page (see image below)…
2. Providing a Product Review: We'll reward you with 50 points for every product review that you provide. There's currently a limit of 5 review rewards per month and you can only review a product that you've previously purchased, however, it's a sure-fire way to gain more points each month and you'll get the points whether your review is good, bad or indifferent! (We really appreciate the feedback 🙂 )
Here's how to review a product:
a) Visit the My Orders page within your online dashboard or app and click the view button on any of your previous orders (see image below)…
b) You'll now see a page with the details of that particular order, simply click the name of the product you wish to review and you'll be taken directly to it (see image below)…
c) Now simply scroll down towards the bottom of the product, click on the reviews tab, select a star rating and leave a review for us. Please note, that you cannot just select the star rating, you must leave a comment as well (see image below)…
3. COMING SOON! Sharing with your friends: We'll soon be integrating a social share option that will provide you with a special link that you'll be able to share with your friends. If one of your friends then buy from your link both you and your friend will receive points (Now that's cool!).
4. Special Promos: Keep an eye out for special promos and we'll periodically create some more amazing deals for you!
How to redeem MQM Points:
Redeeming MQM Points couldn't be easier… there's no minimum purchase or minimum or maximum points amount.
When you're at the checkout and have a balance of MQM points available you'll see an MQM Points option just above the payment options.
If you want to use MQM points on that particular order then simply type in the amount you wish to use and hit the Apply MQM Points button and you'll see the discount automatically applied to your order and your MQM balance updated! (see image below)…
If you don't want to use any MQM points on any particular order and instead want to bank them for another day then simply ignore this option.
