Data Request & Deletion

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us as data processors to provide a way for people to make a subject access request and/or that their data may be deleted.

If you have an account with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data you have provided us with. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

Please note that deletion does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

On submission of the form an email will be sent to verify your email address. Simply click the link in the email to confirm your request. We will then process your request within two working days (Mon-Fri).

The form below relates to all data held by us for both website and app users.

Subject Access Request

To request access to details of all personal data held on our servers that we store about you, please select the “Export Personal Data” option on the form below, then insert your email address.

Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of all personal data we hold on our servers (including our App) that we store about you, please select the “Remove Personal Data” option on the form below and then insert your email address.
